Since 1908, Filton has been linked with the aircraft industry. The Filton aircraft factories produced aircraft throughout the Second World War and later took on construction of civil aviation aircraft, culminating in the site becoming the main UK centre for supersonic wonder, Concorde's, design and assembly.
Distinctive and quaint, The Fox Den is a delightful hostelry on the outskirts of vibrant Bristol. From the pub you can take a series of walks - the Community Forest Path links country estates such as Blaise Castle House.
