A little pub history
Originally known as The Reservoir Inn, The Badger's Sett has always enjoyed beautiful views over Cropston Reservoir. Former landlords have found it hard to leave our idyllic setting in Cropston. The first owners ran The Badger's Sett for 30 years before passing it on to a couple who stayed nearly 20 years, to this day guests find it hard to leave the picturesque location of The Badger's Sett.
Make a day of it
A peaceful retreat in the heart of rural Leicestershire, The Badger's Sett was built to cater for visitors to Cropston Reservoir and Bradgate Park, and for that reason large gardens were included for their enjoyment.
