About The Badgers Sett
Traditional Hospitality at The Badgers Sett
Of all the pubs in Cropston, The Badgers Sett is surely the best place to make the most of our weather (come rain or shine) - with a delicious meal, a thirst quenching drink and the cherished company of family and friends. Soak up the warmest of welcomes and explore some of the most popular pub food menus in Leicestershire. Try one of our hugely satisfying seasonal dishes with a glass of fine wine or sample a rewarding pint of our regularly changing and highly quaffable cask-conditioned real ales.
A Little Pub History
Originally known as The Reservoir Inn, The Badgers Sett has always enjoyed beautiful views over Cropston Reservoir. Former landlords have found it hard to leave our idyllic setting in Cropston. The first owners ran The Badgers Sett for 30 years before passing it on to a couple who stayed nearly 20 years, to this day guests find it hard to leave the picturesque location of The Badgers Sett.

Around The Area
A peaceful retreat in the heart of rural Leicestershire, The Badgers Sett was built to cater for visitors to Cropston Reservoir and Bradgate Park, and for that reason large gardens were included for their enjoyment.
