A little pub history
The pub's history dates back as far as 1851, serving as the heart of the local rural community. Throughout history it has been run by families and it has served as the headquarters for numerous local businesses and crafts. A recent refurbishment has been welcomed, seeing a rise in guests from nearby towns including Upton, Arne and the idyllic Lytchett Bay.

The Baker's Arms is an excellent vantage point for exploring the nearby delights of Poole (handy for ferries to Spain and France) and Brownsea Island. There are many delightful walks in the area.
