About The Chimneys
Traditional Hospitality at The Chimneys
Of all the pubs in Hooton, The Chimneys is surely the best place to make the most of our weather (come rain or shine) - with a delicious meal, a thirst quenching drink and the cherished company of family and friends. Soak up the warmest of welcomes and explore some of the most popular pub food menus in Cheshire and Staffordshire. Try one of our hugely satisfying seasonal dishes with a glass of fine wine or sample a rewarding pint of our regularly changing and highly quaffable cask-conditioned real ales.
A Little Pub History
Situated on the Wirral peninsula, near the border of Cheshire and Merseyside, The Chimneys can be found within the small village of Hooton. The character of the pub comes from its high ceilings and open fires. Our name comes from our roof line, which is festooned with over a dozen chimneys giving the building its distinctive appearance.

Around The Area
The unique roofline at The Chimneys is worth seeing in its own right, but after enjoying these distinctive surroundings, there's plenty more of interest in the area, including Wirral Country Park and in Hooton Green.
