About The Fishers Pond

Traditional Hospitality at The Fishers Pond

Of all the pubs in Eastleigh, The Fishers Pond is surely the best place to make the most of our weather (come rain or shine) - with a delicious meal, a thirst quenching drink and the cherished company of family and friends. Soak up the warmest of welcomes and explore some of the most popular pub food menus in Hardy Country and Coast. Try one of our hugely satisfying seasonal dishes with a glass of fine wine or sample a rewarding pint of our regularly changing and highly quaffable cask-conditioned real ales.

A Little Pub History

With its name taken from the pond which it sits on, the Fisher's Pond provides a tranquil location. Originally planned as part of a garden city, the area was declared a green belt in 1937 and further development ceased. Formerly a tea room called Fisher's Cafe, the building later became Fisher's Pond Waterside Pub and Dining Room.

Around The Area

Our delightful inn, overlooking a large pond, is well placed to enjoy the delights of nature at Itchen Valley Country Park, an unspoilt area of ancient woodland and water meadows; and there's exotic fauna at Marwell Zoo.
