About The Foaming Jug
Traditional Hospitality at The Foaming Jug
Of all the pubs in Codsall, The Foaming Jug is surely the best place to make the most of our weather (come rain or shine) - with a delicious meal, a thirst quenching drink and the cherished company of family and friends. Soak up the warmest of welcomes and explore some of the most popular pub food menus in Black Country. Try one of our hugely satisfying seasonal dishes with a glass of fine wine or sample a rewarding pint of our regularly changing and highly quaffable cask-conditioned real ales.
A Little Pub History
By the early 1850's, the Foaming Jug had been established as one of the few public houses in the area at that time. Business was helped significantly by the demise of a much older inn on the Holyhead road, and also the increased amount of passing trade heading for Holyhead.

Around The Area
The Foaming Jug is close to historic sites such as Boscobel House and The Priory. Explore Codsall and its Norman church or visit the David Austin Rose Garden, Albrighton, or the RAF museum at Cosford.
