About The Fox Cub
Traditional Hospitality at The Fox Cub
Of all the pubs in Walmer Bridge, The Fox Cub is surely the best place to make the most of our weather (come rain or shine) - with a delicious meal, a thirst quenching drink and the cherished company of family and friends. Soak up the warmest of welcomes and explore some of the most popular pub food menus in Lancashire. Try one of our hugely satisfying seasonal dishes with a glass of fine wine or sample a rewarding pint of our regularly changing and highly quaffable cask-conditioned real ales.
A Little Pub History
Sitting within the district of South Ribble, one of the top 5 district councils in the country, our traditional country pub The Fox Cub sits surrounded by local rural communities. History of the region dates back as far as the Iron Age with artefacts from the area on display in the near by Harris Museum in Preston.

Around The Area
The Fox Cub is a traditional country pub near a pleasant village green and surrounded by little other than open countryside - the perfect getaway from the city. Nearby attractions include a wildfowl centre.
