More NewsWelcome to the Jack Rabbit
The Jack Rabbit is well known in Plymouth and across Devon as a fine country pub. A popular pub restaurant famous for great food, we sit within easy access of Plymouth City Airport. There is always a warm welcome with roaring log fires, freshly prepared food, a great selection of real ales and a diverse wine menu for you to choose from.
A Little Pub History
The Jack Rabbit sits on the old road from Plymouth to Tavistock , near to the towns of Derriford and Crownhill. The Fort at Crownhill is the best preserved of Lord Palmerston's Ring of Fire which surrounded Plymouth in Victorian times, protecting the Royal Dockyard at Devonport from French attack and bombardment.
