About The Mint
Traditional Hospitality at The Mint
Of all the pubs in Banstead, The Mint is surely the best place to make the most of our weather (come rain or shine) - with a delicious meal, a thirst quenching drink and the cherished company of family and friends. Soak up the warmest of welcomes and explore some of the most popular pub food menus in North Downs and Surrey. Try one of our hugely satisfying seasonal dishes with a glass of fine wine or sample a rewarding pint of our regularly changing and highly quaffable cask-conditioned real ales.
A Little Pub History
The Mint Inn first became a beer house in 1871, although Mint farm, on which we stand, could date back as far as 1325. In the late 19th Century The Mint was put up for auction with a general shop attached, stabling and garden included, a private house and enough space for a good trade. The Mint has welcomed guests, as an Inn, for over 100 years to enjoy our setting and service.

Around The Area
Many walkers choose to drop in at The Mint Inn on their way from Nork Park. The abundance of leafy roads and lush countryside makes this area feel a long way from the capital.
