A Little Pub History
The Smugglers Rest pub restaurant was formerly known as the Badgers Watch and before that, the Lifeboat Inn, as it funded the first local lifeboat. Situated on Telscombe Cliffs, The Smugglers Rest provides an ideal place to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Our Opening Times
Our standard opening times are below but we may open earlier on certain days depending on local demand so please do call us to check if you would like to visit us before midday.
Monday to Saturday 12pm to 11pm.
Sundays 12pm to 10.30pm.
