About The Snow Goose
Traditional Hospitality at The Snow Goose
Of all the pubs in Inverness, The Snow Goose is surely the best place to make the most of our weather (come rain or shine) - with a delicious meal, a thirst quenching drink and the cherished company of family and friends. Soak up the warmest of welcomes and explore some of the most popular pub food menus in Scotland. Try one of our hugely satisfying seasonal dishes with a glass of fine wine or sample a rewarding pint of our regularly changing and highly quaffable cask-conditioned real ales.
A Little Local History
Situated on land that was originally part of Stoneyfield House, the Snow Goose was previously known as the Coach House Inn. Stoneyfield House was a smallholding on the Raigmore Estate which was built in 1780. In the early 20th Century, it was owned by a Neil D. Macintosh. Mr Macintosh sold the estate off in small lots in 1918 and one of the lots was the Coach House Inn.

Around The Area
With panoramic views over the beautiful Moray Firth, The Snow Goose was once part of the Raigmore estate owned by the Macintosh family. We have spacious gardens and we're handy for the culture and shopping in Inverness.
