The Three Jolly Wheelers is well known in Woodford Green and across Greater London as a fine country pub. A popular pub restaurant famous for great food, we are situated close to the prestigious Chigwell Golf Club. There is always a warm welcome with roaring log fires, freshly prepared food, a great selection of real ales and a great selection of real ales for you to choose from.
A Little Pub History
Built in the early 19th Century, The Three Jolly Wheelers originally relied heavily on the tourist trade. A photograph of the inn taken in 1906 shows that the inn used to hire out horses and traps - most likely used by day-trippers travelling to Epping Forest. We still welcome tourists to this day, in addition to locals looking to unwind and choose from our diverse drink and food menus.
Charming Local Accommodation
Our 34 bedroom Innkeeper's Lodge continues The Three Jolly Wheelers' tradition of welcoming travellers. It's our local charm that attracts golfers and ramblers, as well as diners and drinkers from Woodford and nearby Chigwell, Barkingside and Buckhurst Hill. We also welcome business and leisure travellers to enjoy some of the best bedrooms and accommodation in Woodford Green.

Our standard opening times are below but we may open earlier on certain days depending on local demand so please do call us to check if you would like to visit us before midday.
Monday to Saturday 12pm to 11pm.
Sundays 12pm to 10.30pm.
Food served all day
Monday to Saturday all day to 10pm.
Sunday all day to 9.30pm.
