We’ve got everything you need from a country pub near you.
Originally known as the The Fisheries, The Coy Carp in Harefield dates back to the times before The Grand Union Canal was constructed. Today The Coy Carp pub restaurant boasts an idyllic setting in its own garden, with on site parking and beautiful views over the Pynesfield Lakes.
Our menus are full of hearty favourites and country pub classics, including our steak & mushroom pie and beer-battered fish and chips. Why not try some of our new seasonal dishes like Asparagus & ricotta ravioli or Roasted Salmon with vine tomatoes & pesto.
We look forward to welcoming you, and we’ll ready with a well-stocked bar, including cask ales, lager, fine wines, British gin and soft drinks to suit every taste — which will taste all the better when enjoyed in our beautiful and picturesque gardens.
Standing in an idyllic setting, with its own gardens overlooking the Pynesfield Lakes and the water where the River Colne and Grand Union Canal meet, our pub attracts many walkers and boaters.
There’s more to The Coy Carp than just great food and drink.
Did you know that if you’re a CAMRA member you can enjoy 20p off any pint of cask ale?
And we’re always looking for new people to join our Vintage family - check out our jobs page for the latest vacancies.
