Enjoy New Year's Eve Dinner at The Windhover, in Chapel Brampton

Make sure that your New Year starts off extra special with friends, family, and loved ones at The Windhover.

Throughout the day, up until 6pm, we’ll be serving our usual Lunch and Dinner Menus.

Then from 7pm onwards, you can enjoy our special 3 course menu for just £35 – and as we want you to be able to relax and enjoy the whole evening, your table is yours for the night.

Our New Year’s Eve menu features a host of delicious dishes such as our Crab, Prawn & Salmon Tart to start, our mouth-watering Slow-Cooked Short Rib of Beef to follow, and our indulgent Chocolate Trio to finish.

The Christmas period is a particularly busy time so there are certain instances when we will require a non-refundable £5pp deposit to be paid at the time of booking:
26th Nov - 16th Dec: £5pp for parties of 6 or more | 17th Dec - 24th Dec: £5pp for all bookings | 27th Dec - 29th Dec: £5pp for parties of 6 or more

Slow-cooked short rib of beef*

served on a bed of horseradish & parsley mash, with honey-roasted carrots, glazed sprouts, bone marrow dumplings and a red wine jus

with venison sausage wrapped in bacon, served with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted grapes and a wild mushroom & red wine jus

Roasted winter vegetable tart

red pepper, beetroot and butternut squash in a basil & paprika pastry case, filled with a caramelised onion compote, served with baby potatoes and sprouts (ve)

Pan-fried sea bass fillets*

filled with a smoked salmon mousse, served on a dill & king prawn velouté, with dauphinoise potatoes and a medley of green vegetables
