ABOUT The Bosham Inn

The Bosham Inn is a truly authentic, yet modern country pub that serves a delightful range of pub dishes and some truly great beers, wines, gins and real ales.

History buffs may have also seen Bosham mentioned in the Bayeux Tapestry, referring to the 1064 meeting of Harold and Edward the Confessor, prior to their meeting William of Normandy to discuss who would succeed Edward to the throne. The rest? Well, that’s history now.

The fantastic chefs at The Bosham Inn have carefully crafted a selection of menus to suit every occasion at any time of the day. From brunch through to dinner, we have a dish for you with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available also.

HOW TO FIND US

Nestled between the villages, Nutbourne and Hambrook and just west of Chichester, Bosham is a charming and peaceful coastal village. It's perfect if you’re looking to get away from the bigger cities.

It’s 5.2 miles west of Chichester via the A259 or A286, which is around 16 minutes in the car or 19 minutes by train.

The Bosham Inn has been painstakingly restored having previously been reincarnated as a hotel and a Victorian dining house.

KEEPING BUSY IN CHICHESTER

The Bosham Inn is perfectly located near a number of stunning local attractions.

Spend a day on West Wittering Beach taking in the sea air or, if heights don’t scare you too much, take a trip up Spinnaker Tower, which grants a stunning view across Portsmouth (the glass floor can be a little bit hair-raising though!).

Take in the sights and sounds that mother nature has to offer, then head to The Bosham Inn for a pint or a delicious dish of your choosing.
