Welcome to The Mint in Banstead

Rustic settings, seasonal dishes and a glass or two of something lovely — it can only be The Mint in Banstead.

Expect a warm and friendly welcome on arrival before choosing your favourite tipple from our extensive cocktail menu or take a look at our fantastic wine and gin collection — there’s something for everyone.

The Mint Inn first became a beer house in 1871, although Mint farm, on which we stand, could date back as far as 1325. In the late 19th Century The Mint was put up for auction with a general shop attached, stabling and garden included, a private house and enough space for a good trade. The Mint has welcomed guests, as an Inn, for over 100 years to enjoy our setting and service.

All this history plus our picturesque surroundings make for a stunning backdrop that is perfect for savouring each bite of our food or enjoying a drink from our carefully selected range of cask ales and fine wines — find out a little more ‘About Us’ and how you can find our beautiful pub.

Whatever the time of day, from brunch with friends to a delicious Sunday Roast, we have delicious menus, packed with seasonal dishes, that are suited to every occasion.

Whether you’re looking to spend quality time with your family or you and a loved one are planning a special evening together, book a table at your new local today.
