The Calverley Arms, a country pub in Pudsey

We’ve got everything you need from a country pub near you.

Sitting beautifully on the edge of the picturesque village of Calverley, The Calverley Arms offers stunning views over the adjacent Aire Valley, the edge of Leeds and the Leeds Liverpool Canal.

Old maps show that the building was erected in Victorian times between 1851 and 1893! It truly is a fantastic building nestled amongst trees and, thanks to the accommodation available, the perfect country getaway.

Our surroundings provide a stunning backdrop for you, your loved ones and your four-legged friends, to savour the hearty, seasonal pub-food on our menu, and the carefully nurtured cask ales and fine wines you’ll find behind the bar — served with a smile from our amazing team.

Our menus are full of hearty favourites and country pub classics, as well as our seasonal dishes, and we’ll be ready with a well-stocked bar, including cask ales, fine wines and British gin to suit very taste - which will taste all the better when enjoyed either in our beautiful gardens or by our crackling log fires.
