The Roundhay Fox
Princes Avenue, Roundhay, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS8 2EP 0113 269 3352
The Roundhay Fox was previously two Italian restaurants, a tea shop and a wine bar known as The Stables. Roundhay Park on the edge of which the inn sits once belonged to the Lacy family in 1284 before becoming a hunting park providing sport and game for the table of the medieval gentry.
A country pub oozing rural charm and rustic character, our picturesque surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for savouring the hearty, seasonal pub-food on our menu, and the carefully nurtured cask ales and fine wines gracing our bar.
Whether you are planning dinner with friends or Sunday lunch with family, book a table online and enjoy some quality time with those you love the most.
Our traditional Yorkshire stone hostelry is on the edge of Roundhay Park, which is one of the largest city parks in Europe; and opposite the pub is Tropical World, which has a huge collection of tropical plants.
There’s always a great reason to visit your local Vintage Inn. Throughout the week we run Fixed Price Lunch and Dinner menus, and on a Friday (from 5pm) and Saturday (all day) we’ve our fantastic Weekend Treat Menu!
