Vintage Inns Terms and Conditions:

CAMRA's Great British Beer Festival

The Vintage Inns ‘CAMRA's Great British Beer Festival Competition’ is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Mitchells & Butlers), its agents or anyone professionally connected with this Competition.

By entering the Competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

To enter:

  • Log in to your personal Facebook account

  • Visit the Vintage Inns Facebook Page

  • LIKE the Competition post and COMMENT telling us which friend or partner you would like to bring with you to the beer festival

Only one entry per person. Late, invalid, duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.

The Competition starts from 12pm on Tuesday 2nd August 2016 and closes at 12pm on Thursday 4th August 2016.

The prizes
Three winners will be chosen at random, each receiving one pair of tickets to the CAMRA Great British Beer Festival in London Olympia. Winners will be able to choose which session they attend, either:

  • Wednesday 10th August 12pm-10pm

  • Thursday 11th August 12pm-10pm

  • Friday 12th August 12pm-10pm

  • Saturday 13th August 11am-6.30pm

The result is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome. The winners will be contacted via Facebook and announced after 12pm on Friday 5th August 2016.

Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Vintage Inns reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.

Prize fulfilment

  • The winner(s) will be required to send Vintage Inns a private message with their contact details which will be passed onto a third party for prize fulfilment purposes only.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in a future draw.

  • The winner may be required to take part in publicity for Vintage Inns including being featured in Vintage Inns publications, websites or social media.

Privacy statement

By entering the Competition you agree to your entry being showcased on Facebook/Twitter and in future marketing materials.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.

No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering the competition or any entries delayed or corrupted. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the websites. The promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to websites.

The promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

All registrants will require internet access and a valid email address / home address to claim their prize.

No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.

The promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this competition, although the promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect on entrants of any such failure.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the spirit of the competition, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to honour the prize fulfilment.

The promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the Competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
