Christmas Day is one of our favourite days of the year. It’s an opportunity to create plenty of new special memories and enjoy the heartiest food.
That’s what Christmas Day 2020 looked like for us, and we plan to make Christmas Day 2021 even more special.

Christmas Day Menu

with dolcelatte cheese and pomegranate syrup
with basil and crème fraîche, truffle oil and rustic bread
topped with basil and drizzled with truffle oil, served with rustic bread
coarse pork & Madeira pâté and duck liver & port parfait, with Bramley apple butter, Cumberland sauce, baby gherkins and rustic bread
with Armagnac brandy glaze, slow-roasted tomato sauce, pesto, roasted seeds and peppers
All of the below (with the exception of the Nut Roast) are served with honey-roasted carrots & parsnips, glazed sprouts and seasonal greens
served with lemon & thyme stuffing wrapped in bacon, a Cumberland pig in blanket, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and gravy
with a smoky mussel, white wine & cream sauce, baby potatoes, samphire, spinach and a charred red pepper
